We want you to cherish your jewellery for years to come, so we offer a 2 year warranty that covers every piece free of charge. After 2 years, we offer a lifetime repair service for a small fee.

We aim to repair and return your jewellery to you as beautiful as the day you received it. If your necklace can't be repaired and you're still within your 2 year warranty, we'll offer you a replacement or voucher.
