We want you to cherish your jewellery for years to come, so we offer a 2 year warranty that covers every piece free of charge.
Whatever the issue with your piece, we aim to repair and return your jewellery as good as new. If your piece can't be repaired and you're still within your 2 year warranty, we'll offer you a replacement or voucher.
After 2 years, or if you're unable to provide proof of purchase, we provide a lifetime repair service for a small fee.
