How can I pay for my order?

We accept all major payment methods including Visa, Visa Debit, Maestro, Mastercard, Amex, Paypal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Amazon Pay and Klarna.

Please note that if you pay with Klarna, payment will be taken from your credit or debit card as soon as the order has been placed.

When is my order confirmed?

When you've completed your purchase we'll send you an order confirmation email.

If you can't find it please check your junk or spam folders. Otherwise please contact us and we'll resend your order confirmation email for reference.

Can I amend my order?

Unfortunately we're unable to amend orders once they have been placed as our jewellery is handcrafted to order.

If you change your mind about your custom piece after purchasing, you can return your order within 30 days of receipt.

Unfortunately we're unable to cancel orders once they have been placed as our pieces are handcrafted to order.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver anywhere in the United Kingdom including Northern Ireland, Guernsey, Isle of Man and British Forces Post Office addresses.

How will my order be delivered?

We send every piece via Royal Mail Tracked 24 delivery service so your jewellery arrives with you safely and securely.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery is free when you spend £100, or just £5 for smaller purchases.

How will my order arrive?

Every piece is sent in our timeless white boxes and securely packaged in our cardboard shipping boxes.

We are committed to crafting jewellery responsibly, so our packaging is created from responsibly sourced paper and fully recyclable.

When will my order arrive?

We handcraft all our jewellery to order with precision, love and care so please allow 5-10 working days for your custom piece to be created.

After being created we send every piece via Royal Mail Tracked 24 delivery service so your jewellery should arrive with you safely and securely the next working day.

Returns:

Can I return my order?

We hope you love your jewellery, but understand you may change your mind after you purchase.

If you do change your mind within 30 days of receipt, please contact us and we'll offer you a full refund to the card used to make your purchase.

Please note your item must be in the same condition you received it and its original packaging to be returned. Please attach proof of purchase when requesting a return so we can process your refund promptly.

Can I return my gift card?

Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns for gift cards.

How can I return my order?

Please contact us if you would like to arrange a return.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label as well as instructions on how to send your package. Items sent without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

How much do returns cost?

We offer complimentary returns, if you change your mind within 30 days of receipt.

How long do returns take?

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and confirm if your refund has been approved.

We aim to process returned purchases within 10 working days of receipt, but we may take longer during busier periods.

Please note it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process your refund. If more than 15 days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us.

Repairs:

Do you offer a warranty?

We want you to cherish your jewellery for years to come, so we offer a 2 year warranty on all our pieces.

We aim to repair and return your piece to you as good as new. If your jewellery can't be repaired and you're within your 2 year warranty, we'll offer you a replacement or voucher.

What does your warranty cover?

Our 2 year warranty covers production defects, such as breakages and tarnishing, for every piece of our jewellery.

What if my warranty has expired?

After your 2 year warranty expires, we offer a lifetime repair service for a small fee.

Sizing:

How can I find my ring size?

Can I change my ring size?

If you find your ring doesn't fit comfortably, we can resize your ring up to three sizes larger or smaller as part of our 2 year warranty.

Where is your jewellery made?

We handcraft all our jewellery to order with precision, love and care from our workshop in Rotterdam, The Netherlands.

What is your jewellery made from?

We want you to love and cherish our jewellery for years to come, so we craft our pieces from solid 14ct gold or sterling silver.

All our birthstone pieces are crafted with naturally formed gemstones meaning meaning the shape, colour and finish of each may vary.

Is your jewellery made responsibly?

We are committed to crafting jewellery responsibly, so we only craft our pieces from recycled gold and silver and ethically sourced birthstones.

We also send every order in cardboard packaging created from responsibly sourced paper and is fully recyclable.

Care:

How do I care for my jewellery?

Our jewellery is made to be loved and cherished. To keep your piece radiant please avoid contact with perfumes, creams and cleaning products.

How do I clean my jewellery?

With regular wear jewellery can lose its shine. To clean your piece gently polish it using the polishing cloth provided with the original packaging, or soft soap and warm water.

How do I store my jewellery?

When you aren't wearing your jewellery store it in its original packaging, or another lined box, to help preserve its beauty.
