We hope you love your jewellery, but understand you may change your mind after you purchase. If you do change your mind within 30 days of receipt, please contact us and we'll offer you a full refund to the card used to make your purchase.

Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns for gift cards.

Please contact us if you would like to arrange a return.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label as well as instructions on how to send your package. Items sent without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

How long do returns take?

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and confirm if your refund has been approved.

We aim to process returned purchases within 10 working days of receipt, but we may take longer during busier periods.

Please note it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process your refund. If more than 15 days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us.
