Can I personalise a birthstone piece?

Yes. Many of our birthstone rings, necklaces and bracelets can be personalised with engraving, a choice of metal, or a combination of stones. Get in touch with us to discuss your ideas and we'll help you create something truly one of a kind.

How long does birthstone jewellery take to make?

Because every ISH Jewellery piece is handcrafted to order, please allow 5–10 working days for your piece to be made. Once complete, we send it via Royal Mail Tracked 24 for next working day delivery. If you have a specific date in mind, get in touch and we will do our best to accommodate you.

What metal options are available?

Our birthstone jewellery is available in recycled gold and recycled sterling silver. We use recycled metals throughout because it allows us to create beautiful fine jewellery while minimising our environmental impact. Details of the specific metal options available for each piece are on the individual product pages.

Is ISH Jewellery ethical?

Yes. Every piece we make uses recycled gold or recycled sterling silver and ethically sourced gemstones. We make to order, so there is no overproduction and no waste. Our packaging is made from responsibly sourced, fully recyclable materials. Jewellery that is beautiful and responsibly made is at the heart of everything we do.

Do you deliver across the UK?

Yes. We deliver anywhere in the United Kingdom including Northern Ireland, Guernsey, the Isle of Man and British Forces Post Office addresses. Delivery is free on orders over £100, or just £5 for smaller purchases. All orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24.
