Because every ISH Jewellery piece is handcrafted to order, please allow 5–10 working days for your piece to be made. Once complete, we send it via Royal Mail Tracked 24 for next working day delivery. If you have a specific date in mind, get in touch and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Our birthstone jewellery is available in recycled gold and recycled sterling silver. We use recycled metals throughout because it allows us to create beautiful fine jewellery while minimising our environmental impact. Yes. Every piece we make uses recycled gold or recycled sterling silver and ethically sourced gemstones. We make to order, so there is no overproduction and no waste. Our packaging is made from responsibly sourced, fully recyclable materials. Jewellery that is beautiful and responsibly made is at the heart of everything we do.
Yes. We deliver anywhere in the United Kingdom including Northern Ireland, Guernsey, the Isle of Man and British Forces Post Office addresses. Delivery is free on orders over £100, or just £5 for smaller purchases. All orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24.
